My passion for business began long before my career ever did. It started when I was young, watching my mom build her own interior design business from scratch. Seeing her creativity, grit, and belief in herself sparked my early fascination with entrepreneurship. It was serendipity in its purest form—the unexpected moment that set me on a lifelong path I didn’t yet recognize.

As I launched and sold several successful startups throughout my career, that early spark grew into a deep love for business and a profound respect for the people who build them. I came to believe wholeheartedly that small and mid-sized companies are the backbone of our country and economy—the innovators, employers, and engines of local communities.

But I also learned that many of these businesses struggle not because of a lack of talent or passion, but because of common challenges: misaligned leadership, untrained or disengaged employees, inefficient processes, undercapitalization, or underutilized technology. I’ve seen these gaps hold great companies back from becoming exceptional ones. Seren Business Consulting was founded to change that—and its name says everything about why.

“Seren” is short for serendipity, a word that reflects the unexpected and positive outcomes that happen when the right ideas, people, and actions come together at the right time. That’s what I strive to create for every client: clarity, opportunity, and forward momentum they didn’t even realize was possible.

Helping companies overcome obstacles, strengthen strategy, build better leaders, engage their people, streamline operations, and adopt smarter technology completely energizes me. It’s my way of giving back—leveraging decades of entrepreneurial and leadership experience to help others achieve the vision they set out to build.
